| Dr. Nicholas Flores, Medical Director for the Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center and Scottsdale Radiation Oncology's Program Director, graduated from
medical school at the State University of New York at Buffalo and completed his residency at the
University of Rochester Cancer Center . He served as Co-chair of the Allegheny General Hospital Neuro-oncology Program in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was elected to the International Stereotactic Radiosurgery Society in 1992. In 1997 Dr. Flores was recruited by Scottsdale Healthcare to develop the city's first hospital-based radiation oncology center. Dr. Flores has extensive experience in treatment of tumors involving the brain, eye and spinal cord. He developed the southwest's first stereotactic prostate radiotherapy program and has designed protocols using Novalis image guided radiotherapy in the treatment of lung, liver and body tumors. |

| Dr. Brian Fitzpatrick is the Barrow Neurological Institute's Chief of Neurosurgery for Scottsdale Healthcare and is a recognized leader in the field of spine, trauma and tumor surgery; as well as intra-operative image guided navigational devices. Dr. Fitzpatrick received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York and his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine. He received his post-graduate training at the Millard Fillmore Hospital in Buffalo and at Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix. Dr. Fitzpatrick is Board Certified with the American Board of Neurological Surgery. |

| Dr. Frederick
Marciano is the Director of Clinical Neuroanatomy laboratory at Barrow Neurological Institute. His clinical areas of expertise include neurotrauma, general neurosurgery, spinal surgery, and brain and spinal tumor surgery. Dr. Marciano is also Co-Director of the BNA Institute for Movement Disorders. Dr. Marciano received his Bachelor of Science degree with high honors in biology from Hobart College in New York. He received both a Masters of Science and a Doctorate of Philosophy from the Department of Neurobiology of Anatomy, University of Rochester School of Medicine. He obtained his Doctorate of Medicine from Albany Medical College of Union University in Albany, New York.

| Dr. David
Liu is the Chief of Physics at Scottsdale Healthcare. He earned his Ph.D. degree in radiological physics from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1982. He was appointed as an Assistant Professor at West Virginia University Medical School in 1982 and Associate Professor at in Eastern Virginia Medical School in 1986. He came to Arizona in 1990 as the Director of Physics for Samaritan Health System (currently Banner Health). He joined the Novalis Shaped Beam Surgery Team in January 2004. Dr. Liu has extensive experience in machine calibration, radiation dosimetry, treatment planning and dose verification. Dr. Liu is certified by the American Board of Radiology (1985) and the American Board of Medical Physics (1990). |
